Adopt a Gomata for a Month

After you adopt a Gomata for a month, the money you donate will cover the Gomata Fodder and Medicine for a month.

One Family one Gomata

Under the One Family One Gomata Scheme, you can provide Fodder and Medicine for the Gomata for a year.

Any Amount

You can donate any amount of your choice to provide fodder for the cow, as well as for the treatment and surgery of the cow that survived the accident.

Pure and clean Goshala

Regular cleaning is done to prevent mud or dirt from accumulating on the ground. A roof provides cooling in the summer and protection during the rainy season. There is enough space for the Gomata to stand upright and sleep. Clean and pure water is available 24 hours a day.

Amidst this tranquil environment, we provide a safe and nurturing home for Gomatas rescued from slaughterhouses and those abandoned by farmers, ensuring their well-being and protection with utmost care, love and devotion.

Vedanta Goshala is a true sanctuary for Gomatas that have been rescued from slaughterhouses or abandoned by farmers. Our Goshala is a dedicated space equipped with all the necessary facilities to ensure the care and well-being of these sacred beings. It is a protected environment where Gomatas are nurtured with love and compassion until their last breath.

Organizing a Goshala visit for students and the community We organize educational and inspiring visits to the Goshala for schools, colleges and various groups in the community. During these visits, information is provided about the importance of Gomata, their upbringing, environmental contribution, and Panchagavya products. These activities are useful in connecting the younger generation with the importance of protecting the Gomata herd.

Our Mission

The primary objective of our Goshala is to provide rescued and destitute Gomatas with ample food, clean water, and timely medical care. Beyond merely addressing Gomata as "Gomata," we are committed to educating society about their religious, economic, and social significance. Through various initiatives, we actively work to restore the rightful status of Gomata as the true mother of the nation.
